Easy Media is corporate gifts supplier based in Dubai. They have both, traditional and online sales.

 

The task was to create a totally new online platform featuring a variety of gift items that Easy Media supplies. 

 

The goal of the platform is to become the top quality, most up-to-date and user-friendly shopping guide of corporate gift items. And at the same time should be easy to control from back-end with a platform for the sales
team. 

 

The solution. In order to achieve and go beyond the goal, I had to look at both ends of the sales process. I conducted a thorough research and defined pain points, needs and the motivation of the buyers as well as sales team at Easy Media. I defined customers' journey which reflected in easy to use navigation and unique browsing features. All of this helped to design and deliver an amazing online shopping user experience and boost conversion rates.
